Insurance Coverage
All orders are shipped fully insured for the purchase price.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during pre-orders, or during high-volume periods.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
USPS Ground Advantage delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the customer’s location, USPS service conditions, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is controlled by USPS.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided by email or through the order confirmation system.
Please allow time for USPS tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or return-related costs.
