Pork Chop’s Buy-Back Guarantee

At PCFSA LLC, we stand behind our products. Whether you are an individual customer or a retail partner, we make trying our pouches completely risk-free with our straightforward Buy-Back Guarantee.

🛍️ For Retail Pouches (30 Days)

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the original ship date to return your product.

Eligibility: To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, you must return either the unused portion of the product or an unopened pouch.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the cost of mailing the product back.

📦 For Wholesale Pouches (45 Days)

We want our wholesale partners to stock their shelves with total confidence. Within the first 45 days of stocking our products, you can return your inventory for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility: Returned pouches must be unopened, unsold, and in resalable condition to qualify for the buy-back.

Return Shipping: Wholesale buyers are responsible for the cost of mailing the product back.

Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.
